Amazon was trying to get into the phone game. They had two projects running at once. I worked on both but mostly on this one. The flagship phone was going to have a 3D GUI but this model was going to have a more traditional 2D GUI. We strives for a very clean and intuitive look tone and feel that could be ownable yet simple.
